My friend called me with a Saturday night emergency; her date backed out at the last minute for a work event she had to attend. She was attending a black & white ball and needed a date. I had less than 2 hours to find something to wear so I headed straight to one of my favorite places to “shop” – my closet. I just so happened to have a black leopard dress that I bought earlier in the year and never wore. Paired it with some black glitter pumps and had a sassy, but classy outfit.
Moral of the story: always keep a nice black dress in your closet for an “emergency” like this!
