Do I have to have a membership to purchase something from TeamStyling.com
No. We regularly have items for men and women which can be found here. Memberships are for those more frequent shoppers who would like to be rewarded for their loyalty to Team Styling.
What type of products does Team Styling have?
We specialize in bringing you the best styles and designs in clothing and accessories for men and women from the most stylish fashion designers and brands. We’re always looking for new brands and products to feature on our website to assist you in your monthly fashion discoveries.
What is a Share?
On each post and product page there’s a Share box to the left of the screen under the main image. Inside the box you have the option of sharing how you feel about a post or a product on your facebook wall, twitter timeline, Google+ stream, or email.
“Sharing is caring!” So now you can help your favorite brands, styles, topics, and styling advice become more popular through social media sharing. A Share is worth 100 Styling Points towards that product’s Hall of Fame as well as counting towards various Patches and incentives like free clothing and accessories! A Share also helps Team Styling know more about what you love to shop for so we can better personalize your shopping experience.
What is the Hall of Fame?
We have a Hall of Fame for every brand’s top fans. The more you Share and Purchase the more Styling Points you’ll earn. The Starting 5 fans in each brand’s Hall of Fame will receive exclusive incentives each month which may even include FREE clothing or accessories.
How are Styling Points earned?
Styling Points are earned by:
- Daily Visits = 100 Styling Points for your first visit of the day
- Shares = 100 Styling Points for your first share of the day
- Comments = 100 Styling Points for your first comment of the day
- Purchases = 10 Styling Points for every $1 spent during checkout before taxes & shipping
Do Styling Points ever expire?
Yes. If Styling Points have not been redeemed after 24 months they will expire. They will then be deducted from your balance. We will notify you by email prior to expiration.
Is there any fine print for your Styling Points system?
Yes. There’s a maximum number of 500 possible Styling Points that can be earned each day related to Visits or Shares. Styling Points earned are rounded to the nearest whole number. Styling Points post to member’s account within 48 hours from purchase. Styling Point are calculated based on dollars spent at checkout on eligible purchases less any dollars spent on sales tax, state fees, shipping charges, delivery charges, restocking fees, coupon codes applied at the time of purchase, the dollar amount of the purchase of Gift Cards and eGift Cards, the dollar amount of any Gift Card offer with purchase, or other excluded charges.
Team Styling Reward Codes can only be redeemed on checkout amounts over $50. Team Styling Gift Codes earned during initial checkouts can only be redeemed on future purchases during a new checkout after 11:59 PM of the day of the initial checkout.
Team Styling Rewards Members don’t earn Styling Points for the amount of any coupon codes redeemed or discounts applied. When members return products, Styling Points previously posted to member’s account for that purchase will be deducted from member’s account. Other exclusions may apply. Team Styling Rewards Membership Styling Points have NO cash value, are nontransferable, and cannot be combined with other offers.
All Styling Points, Reward Codes, and Gift Codes associated to Team Styling Rewards Membership must be earned and used according to the terms and conditions of the Team Styling Rewards Membership program. Team Styling reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a purchase qualifies for Team Styling Rewards Membership.
What is a Patch?
A Patch is an outward display of frequent interaction with Team Styling. Think of it as a patch on a varsity jacket or sweater from school days(there’s a method to this whole “TEAM” Styling thing). The more Shares and Purchases you engage in on Team Styling the more chances you have to earn Patches. Some Patches even have incentives associated with them as an added bonus. These incentives may include percentages off, cash back rewards towards your next purchase, Styling Points, and even FREE clothing and accessories. The more active you are on Team Styling the more Patches you will earn.
Now that I’m on the Starting 5 what do I do?
Keep fighting for your spot! Your position is not secure until after the month is over and the new month begins.

What’s the quality of the fashion jewelry?
All of our fashion jewelry is of the utmost quality. All earrings (unless individually indicated) have rubber backings to ensure your earrings won’t fall off while wearing them. Most of our necklace sets come with free matching earrings as well. You will NOT be disappointed in our craftsmanship! All of the neckties are 100% silk and are hand made. At the end of each necktie’s vertical seam there is a string reserve identifying each necktie with a sign of the highest quality craftsmanship while making it resistant and elastic. We design the neckties ourselves and pick out only the best styles to offer to you. You will NOT be disappointed in our craftsmanship!

How often do you get new inventory?
We update our store with hundreds of new pieces of fashion jewelry ever week and new neckties monthly. Our new clothing and accessories come in regularly.
Do I have to make a purchase every month?
Not at all. At Team Styling we believe in assisting your styling needs, not being overbearing. Therefore, we empower our members with the ability to choose when they would like to shop with us.
Can I make more than one purchase every month?
Yes. You can purchase as many times as you need to each month.
Can I return or exchange my items?
You can return any necktie within 10 business days of receiving your order and exchange it for another item. You can also use the return as a credit that can be used at a later time if you don’t exchange it for a new item upon return. All items must be returned in the exact packaging in which they were delivered in order to obtain a credit for an exchange.

You can return any unworn article of clothing or pair of shoes within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please return the items in the original packaging in a brand new condition.
How long will my exchange take?
Depending on the shipping distance, returns sent using ground shipping normally take around 7-10 business days. Once we receive your return we will process your exchange and ship out your new items as soon as possible which is usually within 72 hours.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is only $5 within the United States and $10 internationally.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days but could take up to 21 days due to the fact that we send your items directly form the manufacturer. We use Priority Shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All of our items are shipped from within the United States but we service both domestic and international customers.
Can I track my order?
You will be emailed a tracking number when you complete your order that can be used to track your package at USPS.com.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards. We currently process payment through Paypal. You don’t need a Paypal account to make a purchase with us. If you don’t have a Paypal account and you would like one you can sign up for one here.
Can I cancel my Team Styling Membership?
Yes. Send us an email at cancel@teamstyling.com and you will be removed from our database.
What if I’m terrified of commitment?
Our service is a month to month membership so there’s no need to worry about a long term commitment. There are no long term contracts. You can easily cancel your membership when you no longer want to be a part of our website. Try us out, you’re going to love it!
Do you have a friend referral program?
Yes! Invite as many friends and family members as you want to join Team Styling. Every friend who places an order and enters your referral code will earn you 200 Styling Reward Points towards FREE clothing and accessories. There’s absolutely NO limit to the amount of friends you can invite or number of credits you can earn. To activate your referral code contact us at info@teamstyling.com.
Can I choose what kind of emails I want to receive?
Yes. Once you are a part of our newsletter you can choose whether you would like to receive HTML or text emails.
Can I access Team Styling from my phone?
We currently have a mobile version of our website that can easily be viewed on mobile Internet browsers. We are also working on a native mobile application for Android and iPhone. Stay tuned!
